You made it through some heavy ground with me this week. Thank you for holding space for words that came from exhaustion and grief.

If the weight of these poems lingers, remember: it’s okay to set it down. Take a walk, light a candle, drink something warm. Call someone who makes you laugh.

The truth of caregiving is that it takes everything, but the truth of healing is that life slowly gives pieces back. My hope is that in reading, you see both—that loss and life can exist side by side.

May you carry gentleness for yourself into whatever this week asks of you.
